To continue processing your visa application please answer, in English, the attached questionnaire (form DS-5535) as soon as possible and send it as a reply to this email. If any question does not apply, please write “N/A”.
Additionally, please attach the following documentation:
A complete and updated resume.
A complete list of publications (if any).
A list of references from your country of birth and study or residence.
A detailed itinerary of your proposed travel (purpose of travel, address you will be staying at, contact name, phone number).
A letter of invitation from your United States sponsor.
Letters of recommendation from United States sources or from abroad.
Letters of support from your financial sponsor.
Please answer each question as completely as you can. We cannot proceed with your case until the administrative processing is complete. This process takes approximately six (6) months but could take longer. There is no way to expedite this process. If the case is approved, your visa will be sent to you via DHL courier service.
